Patrick is home grown organic talent (just like the oysters that he manages). As our farm director, Patrick oversees all aspects of our farms' production - not the least of which is R&D. Armed with a BS in environmental science and hatchery experience, Patrick takes oyster husbandry to an entirely new level, focusing not just on survival and appearance, but perhaps more importantly on taste and technique (ensuring that the way we farm is as much an asset to the region as the oyster's filtering capacity).

When not stressing out about the next batch of seed you can find Patrick on the same river not too far from the oyster beds wake boarding fishing or just relaxing
