    Shipping and Return Policy


    Non-perishable orders are generally shipped 1 business day after you order and can take from 3-5 business days to arrive, unless you chose a faster shipping method.

    Perishable orders will arrive on the delivery day you selected. Note that we are using 3rd parties (ie, UPS, FedEx, and the USPS) to make these deliveries and are thus bound by their rules and restrictions.

    You may return damaged or defective merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund, or we’ll be happy to replace the item(s) or issue a store credit – whichever you prefer. If your perishable product is damaged or spends more than 2 days in transit, please call us (804-204-1709) or email us (sales@rroysters.com) immediately and we will make it right.
