We like to think of ourselves as a chef’s oyster company – if for no other reason than we owe everything we are to chefs. They’ve been our teachers, our critics, our friends, and our biggest advocates. They, very simply, are why we’re able to do what we do – and more than that, they’re a big part of why we love it so much.

If you’re considering buying our oysters, whether you’re a chef, a caterer, or a purveyor, here are a few things to know:

  1. Our Guarantee. If you’re unhappy for any reason, just let us know and we’ll make it right. We’re hungry for feedback and view it as an opportunity to get better
  2. Support. We’re here 24/7 to deal with delivery or product issues. We also welcome any opportunity to help with staff training, whether that’s through in-house sessions or any assortment of training collateral that we can provide.
  3. Product Availability. Our oysters are available year-round (we use triploid/neutered oysters in the summer months to prevent spawning issues). We will not take on new customers if we don’t have enough oysters to fulfill a one-year commitment.
