We will be updating our website and social media immediately with any changes, so please consider this message up to date. For now, we are offering Take Out service only, with a somewhat limited menu (please see our menu here) and order online for immediate or advance pick-up. Our menu does include most your favorites, but, given the new service format, we’re having to hold off on some items. But they will be back! We’re also offering beer and wine, for on- or off-premise consumption. We’ve spaced out our tables to create a wonderful, park-like environment in which you and your family/friends can enjoy the river and the weather while you eat. We will, however, not be offering table-side service. If you’re looking to come by river, you’re also more than welcome to dock at any of our available slips. They, like the tables, are first-come first-serve.

We apologize for the limited offerings. We are trying our hardest to get back to dine-in service (even if limited), and do so in a way that’s both safe for our guests and our staff. We hope to be there soon. Follow us on our website and/or social media for updates. And thank you for your patience!

This is where it all started – on the banks of the Rappahannock River overlooking where we grow our oysters. We like to call Merroir a “tasting room,” just so people know to expect something different. Everything is either served raw or cooked on an outdoor grill, small-plate-style, and beautifully paired with craft brews and world-famous wines. Each menu item is singularly-focused, seasonal, and ever-changing, so there’s always a surprise in store.
