Oysters
Ingredients:
1
dozen Rappahannock
River Brand oysters
(in shell), per
serving
Directions:
Shuck
oysters and put
in saucepan, along
with reserve oyster
liquid (liquid in
the shells).
Turn
saucepan
on low.
Gently
stir
the
oysters
in their
liquid
until
they
begin
to curl.
Dump
entire
saucepan
into
a bowl
and
start
chowing
down.
Serving
Suggestions:
Stewed
Rappahannock River
Brand oysters can
be accompanied by:
Tabasco or other
preferred hot sauce,
Ritz crackers or
saltines
