Oyster
Stew
Ingredients:
1 pint Rappahannock
River Brand oysters (shucked), serving 3-4
1 stick of butter
1 quart milk
1 or 2 dashes of Worcestershire sauce
1 or 2 pinches of garlic powder and Old Bay seasoning
Directions:
Put butter and milk
into saucepan and turn on low
Once butter has started to melt, add pinches of seasoning and Worcestershire
sauce.
Dump pint of Rappahannock River Brand oysters into saucepan with their
juices
Add pepper and salt
Stir concoction slowly until oysters begin to curl.
