1 dozen Rappahannock River Brand oysters
1/2 cup of flour
cup of House Autry cajun "hot" or
cup of oil
(or enough to layer
the pan you're going to use)
1 or 2 pinches of cayenne, black and red pepper
1 or 2 pinches of garlic salt or powder
1 generous shake of Old Bay seasoning
Mix flours and seasonings
and put in larger size ziplock bag.
Shuck oysters and put in ziploc bag.
Seal ziploc bag and shake thoroughly until all oysters are coated.
